The proof should be an official document proving your student/recent graduate status. This can be for example a diploma or an official document stating your enrolment in a pharmacy study. The document does not necessarily have to be in English.

One-day cards for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and/or Wednesday can only be purchased on-site. Please note that additional costs may apply for sessions/workshops on Sunday.

Yes, presentations will be made available to attendees the day after their session via a password-protected link provided in your Pack&Go email.

 

We strongly discourage on-site registration, as you will not be guaranteed materials or seating. It is both preferable and more financially advantageous to register in advance.

Yes, you can specify your dietary requirements during online registration.

Each year, we provide Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points. More information will be published on the website once the programme is finalised. You will also receive a certificate of attendance stating your name and confirming your participation in the congress, which you can use for your personal records. However, feel free to contact your national pharmacy organisation for any further inquiries regarding this matter.  Or check this page of last year's congress.

Business attire or business casual. Business attire recommended for the Opening Ceremony, festive dress for the closing dinner.

The confirmation sent by to you by FIP Headquarters serves as a receipt as it specifies the date, method and amount of payment made.

You will receive an auto response shortly after you submit the form with the details of your registration.
Once your payment has been processed you will receive your confirmation of registration, which is your invoice/receipt. If not received, please check your spam box.

After completing the online registration process, participants have the option to request an official letter of invitation for visa purposes. Please carefully review the confirmation letter of your registration, as it includes a link to apply for the visa letter. Embassies and consulates will only accept this letter if it is accompanied by confirmation of registration and payment for the congress. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to start your visa application as early as possible.

You will receive the letter as a PDF after completing the online registration and payment.

FIP is a non-profit, non-governmental organization in official relations with the World Health Organization. It is subject to strict limitations regarding sponsorship, including from the pharmaceutical industry, and therefore cannot waive registration fees or sponsor attendance at our congresses.

Various constituencies within FIP offer grants and/or fellowships to facilitate attendance at the congress. Please find an overview on this page.

FIP 2026 participants should be aware of the visa requirements for visiting Canada. Please plan your travel well in advance and allow ample time to apply for a visa.

Please note that Visa Support Letters will only be issued upon confirmation of registration and once full payment of the registration fees has been received. Visa Support Letters are sent via email in PDF format.

FIP is a non-profit, non-governmental organization with official relations with the World Health Organization (WHO) and is subject to strict limitations regarding sponsorship, such as from the pharmaceutical industry; therefore, we cannot waive registration fees or sponsor attendance at our congresses. However, various constituencies within FIP are offering grants and/or fellowships to enable attendance at the congress. Please find an overview on this page.

 

To qualify for the reduced congress registration fee for FIP members, you must have been a member of FIP for at least two years:

  • You have been a member in 2025 and have fully paid your membership fees for 2026.
  • Or you can become a member and pay for two years in advance (2026 and 2027).

Organisations wishing to exhibit at FIP 2026 must follow the criteria for acceptance. These are:

  • The organisation must align with and support the vision and goals of the FIP 2026 Congress.
  • The organisation should embody the congress's commitment to diversity and inclusion in its practices and policies.
  • FIP reserves the right to reject any booking if the organization is deemed not to align with the values and objectives of FIP 2026.
