Organisations wishing to exhibit at FIP 2026 must follow the criteria for acceptance. These are:
- The organisation must align with and support the vision and goals of the FIP 2026 Congress.
- The organisation should embody the congress's commitment to diversity and inclusion in its practices and policies.
- FIP reserves the right to reject any booking if the organization is deemed not to align with the values and objectives of FIP 2026.

To qualify for the reduced congress registration fee for FIP members, you must have been a member of FIP for at least two years:
- You have been a member in 2025 and have fully paid your membership fees for 2026.
- Or you can become a member and pay for two years in advance (2026 and 2027).
