A variety of hotels in different categories, all located within a 2- to 15-minute walk from the Palais des congrès de Montréal, have been selected at preferential rates. The hotels do offer accommodation at a reduced group rate to all registered delegates. To take advantage of these special rates, please click on the booking link provided below the hotel information. Please note that all bookings and correspondence will be handled directly by the hotel.
Our local housing agent, Événements Drisdell Events, has conducted thorough research and negotiated the lowest possible group rates. However, we cannot predict future offers made by competing hotels. We recommend that delegates and partners support the congress by booking accommodation at the properties listed below.

Overview of selected hotels
Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes and fees and may change without notice (on a per room, per night basis): currently 3.5% tax on lodging; 5% federal Goods and Services Tax (GST); and 9.975% Provincial Sales Tax (PST). All rates and pricing are quoted and payable in Canadian funds.
