REGISTRATION TYPES


* FIP individual member

To qualify for the reduced congress registration fee for FIP members, you must have been a member of FIP for at least two years:

  • You have been a member in 2025 and have fully paid your membership fees for 2026.
  • Or you can become a member and pay for two years in advance (2026 and 2027).

** Student/recent graduate

To register for the student fee, two conditions must be met:

  1. You must be enrolled in a full-time PhD programme,
    or still be a student of first degree or graduate from your first-degree pharmacy or life science study, less than 8 years ago (2018)
  2. You must attach to your online registration
    • An official document issued in 2026, signed by the dean of the faculty, proving your student/recent graduate status
    • A copy of your passport

If the congress registration office does not receive the appropriate proof of eligibility, you will be required to pay the non-member registration fee. A secure payment link will be sent to you to complete the payment for this additional fee.


Council delegate

Registered council delegates will receive a supplemental programme for member organisations, along with the council agenda, six weeks before the council meeting.
Please note that only ONE council delegate may be appointed per organisation.


Press

To qualify for press registration, you must have applied for and received an official invitation code from the FIP communications department through the press and media section of the congress website.
Once registered as a regular delegate, the registration cannot be changed to a Press registration.


The registration fee includes:

  • Opening ceremony and welcome reception on Sunday
  • Access to the exhibition and the poster sessions
  • Coffee/tea/lunch (from Monday 31 August to Wednesday 2 September 2026)
  • Access to all submitted abstracts as of 30 August 2026.
  • Final pocket programme
  • Access to the congress app, including the list of participants (name and country)
  • Access to a website where you can download the presentation slides of the speakers who gave permission (available as of 6 September 2026)

Day registration participants

  • Admission to all sessions on the day(s) registered for
  • Opening ceremony and welcome reception on Sunday (if registered for the Sunday)
  • Access to the exhibition and the poster sessions
  • Coffee/tea/lunch on the day(s) registered for
  • Access to all submitted abstracts as of 30 August 2026.
  • Final pocket programme
  • Access to the congress app, including the list of participants (name and country)
  • Access to a website where you can download the presentation slides of the speakers who gave permission (available as of 6 September 2026)

*** Accompanying persons

A participant can register one accompanying person. The fee for accompanying persons does NOT include admission to the congress sessions and therefore they have only access to the exhibition.

NB: The parent/guardian must submit and provide a copy of the completed parent/guardian consent form for accompanying persons under the age of 18. This form can be requested from the congress secretariat by email. The parent/guardian must accompany the minor at all times when they are in the congress venue or any related venues. The delegate they are accompanying will be held responsible for all actions of the minor under the age of 18.

The fee for accompanying persons includes:

  • Opening ceremony and welcome reception on Sunday
  • Access to the exhibition and the poster sessions
  • Coffee/tea/lunch (from Monday 31 August to Wednesday 2 September 2026)
