1. Describe global strategies and system-level approaches for managing high-risk medicines, including anticoagulants, opioids and antimicrobials.
2. Evaluate innovative pharmacist-led interventions and prescribing frameworks that reduce medication-related harm.
3. Apply principles of risk stratification and interprofessional collaboration to embed proactive safety practices in pharmacy workflows.
